Two Years Later
I pressed my jacket before taking an umbrella in the corner of my little apartment door.
Today, the same as the previous days, I'm ready to work part time at one of the cafe near the my new apartment in Cheonan. It has been almost two years I worked part time there. Shift afternoon until evening. Home after college. But now the morning shift to the afternoon because college is over. Stay graduation because a week ago just finished the trial court. It's also been to years since you left. I do not know how you are. I never heard about you. Whether you send word to me or not. Since that day until you go to America, I never see you again.
Like you said, a week after the meeting, you are going to America and I started to cut all communication. I learned to live without you even harder. I do not read newspaper or magazines and do not watch the news because I'm afraid there is news about you. I even moved apartments, from Seoul to Cheonan, college move, change phone numbers, turn of e-mail and social networking. I do not want to hear the news about you at all. I started to learn to forget. And two years ago I told myself that my would start to forget you till now I can not remember many time I begin my eyes open when in fact every memory of you always.

How to be a Clever Student (Part 2)
- When you are brushing your teeth in the morning, try counting how many brush strokes you do. This will wake up your brain.
- Do revision every morning, as this is a start of a fresh day.
- If you don't like to study, then make a game of it. Gives yourself revision questions to test yourself to see if you have learned anything. If not, keep studying! Get someone else to read the revision questions when you are sure of yourself. The person asking the question will be impressed and think you are clever (especially if there are hard questions on Science, Philosophy, Ancient History etc).
- Play this study/revision test game in front of a group. Provided no one else knows the answers, you will appear very smart.
- Make a timetable to guide you in revisions or reviews for tests.

SOUTH KOREA (Part 1)
South Korea, officially the Republic of Korea is a a sovereign state located in the southern part of Korean Peninsula. The name "Korea" is derived from Goryeo, a dynasty which ruled in the Middle Ages. Its neighbor are China to the west, Japan in the east, and North Korea on the north. South Korea lies on the north temperate zone with a predominantly mountainous terrain. It covers a total area of 99, 392 square kilometers and has a population of 50 million. The capital and largest city is Seoul, with a population of 9.8 million.
Archaeology indicates that the Korean Peninsula was occupied by the Lower Paleolithic period (2.6 Ma-300 Ka). Korean history begins with the founding of Gojoseon in 2333 BC by the legendary Dan-gun. Following the unification of the Three Kingdoms of Korea under Silla 668 AD, Korea was ruled by the Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392) and Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). It was annexed by the Empire of Japan in 1910. At the end of World War II, Korea was divided into Soviet and U.S. zones of occupation. An election was held in U.S. zone in 1948 which lead to the creation of the Republic of Korea. Although the United Nations passed a resolution declaring the Republic to be the only lawful government in Korea, the Soviets set up a rival government in the north.
